Helping to Provide Strategies to the Corporate and Individual Marketplace

Executive Benefits Financial Group is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses build their financial futures.  Our team of financial professionals and administrative staff work hard to help our clients achieve their goals.  EBFG has over 100 corporate clients and hundreds of individual clients.  We focus primarily on two (2) core business platforms: the design and implementation of corporate executive benefits for our corporate clients and the accumulation and preservation of personal wealth for our individual clients.

Our corporate benefits are comprised of three (3) primary areas of focus: nonqualified, qualified and group benefits. Our nonqualified business is a niche business that is unique. Our corporate clients are both private and public corporations that look to us to help design unique benefits to retain their key executives. Deferred compensation, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPS), group disability carve out and split dollar plans are just some of the strategies that can be implemented. Our qualified plans primarily consist of 401(k), Simple plans, Keogh and SEP plans. Corporate group insurance plans typically are comprised of health, life, disability and long term care coverage. (Health, disability, and long-term care insurance are not issued by AXA Equitable. They are issued by third party insurers and made available through an insurance brokerage affiliate.)

Our second core business platform is individual planning which is comprised of two (2) primary areas of concentration: asset accumulation and asset preservation. Asset accumulation consists of non-fee based financial planning, proper asset allocation, investments and risk planning in the event of a premature death or a disability. Asset preservation focuses on general estate planning techniques that are typically funded with life insurance or other financial products and involve a coordinated effort with a client's attorney and accountant. As a result our clients have a complete estate plan that considers, among other issues, proper asset transfers to heirs, various charitable strategies and management of estate taxes. It is through our business model and long term strategy that we have been and will continue to provide a high level of experience, professionalism, ethics and service to each and every one of our clients. We strive for nothing less. Thank you for visiting our web site. If you have any questions, please call or email us.
